Music Festival big success! - September 27, 2008
The Express YourSelf Festival weekend turned out a huge crowd who were cheering and dancing from 3pm to 8pm. The sun went down but the music never stopped. We had 8 bands and there were visual artists displaying their work, and social activist speakers on stage. The weather was great and we all had a good time. Thank you all who were involved, all of you!
Rockin night at the Moose Lodge! - September 26, 2008
The best one yet! There were 4 bands, and one of them was on a national tour from Seattle! They rocked and then we went on two bands afterward. The crowd was awesome and everyone got hard into it. The bartender even came on stage to say how rad we were and I looked over, and saw what looked like a flaming marshmallow on a stick. He tipped back a shot of Wild Turkey and blew fire 6 ft out into the crowd! It was a rad night.
